The Wolf and the Pack

One of the most amazing books, and the best management book I have ever read, Magic Hoops by Phil Jackson. One of his great commentary is based on the poem The wolf and the pack in the Second Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling. Here it is:

And the Wolf that keeps it may prosper, but the wolf that shall break it must die.
